Truefully, i dun wan a new year to arrive thats fast~~~~
As I’m afraid that a start of new year, is a end of the older days..
The older days which I spent in school with my classmate and friends and the time which I joking and tease around wif my friends. They were moments which I’ll miss alots and I wish to continue it for many years..
Not only that, I still have lots of things still not yet done.. I got plenty of things which I wan to do it in 2008, but due to my work, I’m always busy and tired to do it..
But, I hope that a fresh new year is a good thing for us.. =)
Since all my friends and sista are so busy, I’ll be going out wif my sis for a countdown at downtown east and before that, we are going to watch movie!!!~~

After i pass him the present, i went wanjun's house immediately, cuz rose had already reached there quite a sometime le.. When i was at wanjun's house, our atmosphere is quite dry, cuz there is nothing much we can chat or play.. We even play de monopoly half way den we stopped le, as de game is too dry and boring..
Sam drank onli abt 2cup of heineken and his face turned red! Hahax.. I'm reali curious how he will look like when he was totally drank.. His face was still red when we left de place to meet dickson and jovin for bowling at ehub.. At first we wanted to watch movie de, but de next timing is 9.45pm which is too late for me le..
While we were waiting for de number, we went arcade to play some games.. But after we were back after de game, de number still haven jump yet wor! Wat de F- sia! it's 8.15pm at tat time, so i insisted to wait for de number to reach, cuz i still haven hav enough fun which i expected/wanted today.. I'm a person who muz hav alots of fun durin tis festive season, furthermore it's de onli time i can meet my friends out, so i die die muz hav fun before i want to go home..!!! Even i'm already tired and sleepy at tat time, i still wan to play!!! =p hehex..
So, we went to de fondue shop which is juz rite beside de bowling.. Those guys kept saying tat they are full or dun wan to eat, so in de end onli sam and i went to share a small set of fondue which cost $6.90.. After a hour plus, our number finally reached and in the end onli dickson jovin yida and i was playing.. Cuz, Sam, was too tired to play, while weiming onli want to eat and dun wan to play.. In the end onli dickson, jovin, yida and i play bowling.. We played until 10pm and we headed back home.. Dickson was the winner!! i'm in the second place oh!!! whahahas..!!

Den abt 4pm, joyce called wanjun and i to help her pack something into a bag and in total we packed 66bags of goodies.. After that we den know that the goodies is for us, but temp staff cannot lucky draw the goodies, onli permanent staff can lucky draw the goodies.. So, all the goodies temp staff received were all the same.. After we received the gift, we already had no mood to work le, so all of us started to chat wif each other while i'm stoning at my desk quietly.. .jpg)

Example- One of my collegue, joey, received a malay customer col.. The customer wanted to make a personal order, so we nid to ask her to pay either by visa or master card? But de customer insisted y cant she pay by cheque? Den joey dun noe how to settle it, so she asked supervisor for help.. After de supervisor hanged up de col, she asked joey, "she should explain slowin wif de customer and you shouldn't giv them attitude.." replied, "i did say.. I said if you dun wan to pay by visa or master card, you can pay by cash and there will b a surcharge if we collect de money from you.. But de customer dun wan.. Den do you wan to come to our outlet and pay de money? De customer "dun wan" de customer kept on say dun wan and wat else can i do??De way joey explain to de supervisor was reali damn funny and cute.. All de collegue started to laugh and de always strict and no smile "supervisor" oso laugh too.. I tink joey is de onli 1 who can make her laugh nia..
Example 2-Abt Joey again.. Peiyun received a ang mo customer col and she cant get wat he said, so she transfer it to joey.. And joey oso cant catch wat de ang mo is saying, cuz all ang mo speak damn fast and their is damn difficult to know wat he is tokin.. And she speak up to joyce-manager, " a ang mo called, you should try.."
Luckily today got huiyin accompany me chat on phone if not i'll stone at my desk doing nothing from 2pm to 6pm.. I hang and col back to huiyin for almost 3times, cuz my manager keep walking around, hence i hang up de col for awhile den i col back huiyin to chat again.. Wanjun oso busy chatting wif weiming on de phone too..

Today i went out shoppin wif my sis.. Hehex.. As i dun like to stay at home durin weekend, cuz weekend is de onli 2days tat i dun nid to work, so i dun wan to waste de time at home slacking..
We went cityplaza and my sis bought a top for $21.. Den we took mrt to bugis to look for our christmas present.. While we were shoppin around bugis street, my sis bought a top again and i finally bought a shoes for work.. After tat we tot of takin bus to orchard as we still haven buy our gift yet.. But there is no bus tat we can take it to orchard, so we decided to go back to bugis junction to look for gift again .. And I finally bought a gift for my sista and my sis oso bought a gift to exchange durin xmas eve wif her collegue..
Haix.. Today shopping had caused my bank to decrease by $40! Den we shop until 8.30pm and we headed back home.. Immediately after i reached home, i wrapped de gift nicely and packed it together wif de gift i bought previously.. Two present prepared to giv 2 friends!! I Cant wait to giv them de present on christmas day..

Yuki Yaki buffet~ @ 1:43 AM Last Wednesday 17.12.08..
Actually i expected more during that outing.. But overall it's quite fun :).. At first i meet wanjun to go mediacorp to collect FRH ticket which she won thru fm radio.. But unfortunately lots of things happened which caused wanjun to go collect it alone and left me at de mrt station to wait for siyun.. After tat i straight away contact sam to meet him out at city hall.. And Because we were late, he went around at de citylink to wait for us to arrive and he bought a show at HMV which is sth relate to piano vcd.. Piano is his fav, so he bought it immediately~ den after we reached, he complain us tat because of us let him wait so long until he went to spend $20 at a show.. Hahax..
"It’s you who like piano so much tat when you saw de cover box of de show is abt piano, so you brought it immediately de lo.."
After that about 4sth, we managed to gather all the person together (sam, sy, wj and me) and it gona reach reached dinner buffet le, so we decided to take dinner buffet instead of lunch buffet, cuz lunch buffet is from 12pm-5pm.. The buffet onli last for 2hours.. Mayb it’s our first time being to a buffet restaurant, cuz we took lots of food in one shot which looks as if we are hungry ghost..

We cant even finish the food we took and we still continue went to take it.. All the meat at there looks so raw which looks yuck for me, so I left it for sam and siyun to take it.. Furthermore, in my house is all vegetarian foods, so I didn’t settle/touch a raw meat before and all the meat I bought/eat were all fresh and it can be eaten immediately which does not nid me to cook it.. =p

At first our roaster/toaster (whatever wat izzit?), was too hot that our meat were overcooked and became “chao ta”, so I lower the temperature now.. But after that, our roaster/toaster didn’t get hot again which oso mean spoil liao.. So, they changed our place and while we just started to roast our meat, the server came to ask and said “you have 20~15mins left to eat” omg, we still got so mani food left uneaten sia.. After that, we saw a sign at the side wrote “ dun waste food, if not every 100g of food you waste, you nid to pay $5..” We were scared we’ll be fine, so when it reach the last 5min, we throw the food inside the steamboat and inside the roaster/toaster.. So if they get to ask us we can say that the food “chao ta or the food overcook in the steamboat which unable to eat..” (hehe, wat a lame excuses rite?) hahas…

After the food buffet, it’s time for our ice-cream buffet!!! (which is 30mins, if I’m not wrong~) Then, sy wj and I rushed to collect the ice-cream and we left sam at there (cuz he eat too full liao).. .jpg)
We had lots of fun playing wif the ice-cream, even thought the ice-cream we cooked were in a SMALL potion.. Then, siyun and sam compet wif each other, see who can finish the pudding first!! Hahas.. of course, sam won it~ (he is a guy ma)
After that we shop awhile at marina square and citylink for shoes, but I still haven bought any.. While we were on our way headed to Tampines, we were chatting and joking around at the mrt..
Lastly, one word to describe it which is “FUN”!!!

how i wish that i can spend all my day like ytd; play, eat, joke..
today i reali dun feel like working lo.. i sudden fear of customer and dun feel like pick up any col when it's my batch to take order.. wanjun oso same as me too.. its look like our 1day off=1week off... suddenly want me to get back working mood is so dificult, i feel like slacking all the way.. From 10am~1pm, i onli get one order, Xmas hamper$300 and the remaining calls which i picked up were:
1. can you help me check who pass away in XYZ's company?
i still nid to check wif all my senior collegue which i still not familar wif them.. then after i found it, i nid to get back to de customer...the person who pass away can be found in the straits times newspaper but it didnt state the person is that company boss..
2. can you help me check other then coming to your company to see the real hamper, is there any other place in the town area which i can take a look at your hamper?(i still nid to check again, den i get back to the customer later...)
ME: " hmm.. so sorry, you onli can see the real hamper in our outlet at kallang pudding road.. Y not i mail you the brouchure to let you have a look at our hamper? or i email it to you which is much more faster?"
Guy: ok sure~
Me: can you giv me your email address and i'll send it to you asap..
Then ba ba~ ba~ ba~
3. can you help me check why i didnt receive any shopping voucher when you mail us the invoice? as one of your collegue say that i can exchange for gift or shopping voucher when i purchase thing, but now why i didnt receive any?? (then i still nid to hang up the col again, to help her check and get back to her again~)

sian.. all the col i answered were enquiry, luckily i didnt waste my effort for the 2... as the customer did col back to order a hamper which is $300 (which is oso the onli order i got!)
Then after lunch, i'm so tired and sleepy so i stoned at there without doing anything.. After that a man which look supicious (cuz i still have no idea who is him?? cus he keep walking here and there..)walk pass me and look at me, but i'm still lazy to do anything, so i act as if i'm doing sth.. Then i look back the person again, then the person still stare at me sia!! do i look so obvious that i'm slacking away? after that i den started to call up to the customer..
At abt 6pm, i asked my senior collegue, Connie, abt that man
Me: hmmm.. do you noe who is that man which is wearing beige colour shirt?
Connie: You mean the man standin beside the door??
Me: Yup, that is the man which is currently toking to boss's daughter..?
Connie: OH! That is our MANAGING DIRECTOR!!!
Me: You mean his postion is much more higher then joyce?
Connie: Ya, do you wan to make friend wif him? i can intro him to you..
Me: NO NO NO
Connie: hahas.. i oso dint dare to tok to him..
Me: then does it mean that the man and the boss's daughter is father and daughter relationship? Connie: no... they are not related.. the boss's daughter is the most biggest boss of our company..
after the conversation end, in my mind said: " omg.. it's the "MANAGING DIRECTOR" who keep staring at me when i'm slacking.. it's the "MANAGING DIRECTOR" who keep inspect us to see whether we are slacking anot? it's the "MANAGING DIRECTOR" who always saw my using my handphone when i started to sms.. AND HE IS THE MANAGING DIRECTOR who know us but i dun noe him!!!! OMG!!"
but!!!! i'm not going/planning to stop sms/ using hp during work because of fearing been caught by him again!! it's ok even if i kana caught/sack as i didnt find this job good at all.. cuz, we are like a pet to them; ask us to this to that, pay so little and even kana scolded wif no reason at all!!!!!!!!

off tml~ Tuesday, December 16, 2008 @ 8:30 PM i took off tml wif wanjun.. At first we took off tml is because we TOT Sam is not working too, so we can get this opportunity to go eat buffet together.. Unfortunately, during my lunch break, I received a sms from Sam, he said “ tmr I working.. My off only until today” argh.. Waste our off!! do you noe this off is damn difficult to take de ok??!! Den I asked him whether he can take time off or whole day off ma, den he said “cannot” and “lazy to take off”.. NVM LOR!! We go shopping and eat “yuki yaki” our own… =P as wanjun will not be free on Sunday cuz she nid to entertain her relative who juz come back from Malaysia..

ytd sam col me that he is off until today and not off until ytd.. he stack to much at home until he dun noe ytd is "TUESDAY" or "WEDNESDAY" le.. so we'll be meeting him out today~
YEAH, tml I can sleep until I auto wake up~~ hmmm.. at first I plan to go watch movie then go eat buffet, after that we changed.. we decided to go eat buffet until 5pm then go shopping around city hall to buy a pair of shoe, as my onli shoe I left which I can wear it to work had juz spoiled ytd!! Omg.. last week my black shoe spoiled then this week my white “ko ko” shoe spoil.. Then wat shoe will spoil next week ne? izzit my slipper?? Hehex.. Photo time~~

Those who had been reading my post for the past few days or had been listening to my "work story", you'll noe wat those "red marks" represent, there is dun nid me to say it so clearly rite?? hehex.. =P Actually i still dun noe who beside joyce wor, as many of my collegue said that the room beside her is empty, but i still saw many people in and out of that room lei.. izzit the boss room?? i oso not sure abt it.. hehex..

omg!! my office is sux man!!???!! guess wat is this cup of drink?? Milo? Chocolate? Coffee?? the answer is : Black chocolate!! it looks unpleasant from the pic, but it taste nice, cuz i drank it before last week~ and i tot of drink it ytd and guess wat my collegue told me "DON"T DRINK THAT!! The chocolate had already expired for 1month le!!!" luckily i haven started to drink yet, den we found out that the chocolate we drink last week was oso expired too, the expiry date is " 06/11/08".. omg!! NO WONDER I"LL LAO SHAI LA!!

T.T i love to take order, cuz it's the onli thing that will keep me busy thru out the day.. while calling up to the customer made me felt sian/tired/bored--> i'll slack around---> and sms/call friend-->to chat--->to keep me occupied thru out the day!!~~ this was wat i'm doing since i work there, but sometimes when i sms my friend and they didnt reply me, i'll go toilet walk here walk there or tok awhile wif my collegue and den i get back to my work.. hehex..

Work, Badminton, kbox, Shopping Saturday, December 13, 2008 @ 10:36 PM It had been long time i didnt update my blog le.. Hehex.. haix.. i'm sick!! Running noses and sore throat came at the same time which gave me difficulties of falling asleep ytd!! argh.. i nid my mouth/voice to work de lei, no voice how to tok to customer????!!!!.. if i didnt recover by today, i dun think i'll able to work tml..
Last wednesday i received my november pay which is 18hours for $90 cash oh.. As first i tot it'll b cheque sia!. Den straight after work, i went to posb to deposit it into my bank! omg.. I'm so happy, as my bank had increased by $90! Wahahax.. And i juz work for another 2or3weeks more, my bank will increase another $900!
Last friday, i met sam out for a dinner after work and then we went to meet wanjun to go court to find those guys for badminton.. We reached the court at abt 8pm.. Then, we started to play for awhile, while those guys were very concentrate wif their PSP!! (ps: lazy to type all) afterall, i did have fun wif them.. Straight after it, i went back home and had a bath, watch tv and went to bed le.. As i'm super tired! tired until i cannot ta han until 12am to send b'dae message to madeline..
Then, ytd i woke up early to meet my cousin to go kbox.. haix.. i did not get enough sleep again, i'm super lazy to wake up, hence i was late, so i tell them to go in first.. After kbox, we went orchard, as my cousin wan to buy christmas present.. So, i oso accompany them to shop around to see whether there is any christmas present i can buy for my friends ma.. In the end, i onli bought one present... i think i'll go there again wif my sis to look out for present again..~~
Then, i bought 2 short for $30 which i used my nets to pay.. omg.. this was my first time forgotten my nets password sia!! at first when the person told me to press the passwords, my mind is totally blank sia, then i straight away pressed "cancel".. then the sales person said " you wan to cancel the transcation uh?" then the 2nd time, my mind is still blank too, so the password i press is incorrect and at last for the 3rd time, i finally rmb my password and the transcation was approved.. omg, i'm sweating like hell, look as if i steal someone card and use it to buy things.. hahas..

After that we headed back to tampines to have our dinner as i nid to go fo tang at night.. We had our dinner at qi ji and then we were on our way back home..

Work Saturday, December 6, 2008 @ 11:00 AM Since annisaa is reading my blog about wat the interesting things happened when i work, i will post it~ hehex.. ^^
Ytd, wanjun started to call the customer le.. And her desk is juz right beside me!! hehex.. While the 3batch were working, the 1st batch and 2nd batch went for a meeting at the conference room.. (i'm the 2nd batch) Cuz the manager going to train us on the newyear and f&G order form.. while the manager were training us on the order form, fluroence, my supervisor, came in to look for me.. she is scolding me infront of them, including the manager!! she scolding me for writing so messy on the order form!! argh..!! this is my 1st time taking order and writing the order form lei, so it's normal for me to write abit messy la.. i can apologies for my messy handwriting, but there is no nid for you to scold me infront of them rite! made me so embrassed! she didnt even giv some way to the new-comers!! after that a long scolding lesson from fluroence, she finally went out of the conference room!! Then we continue our training..
After that, i felt that the manager is saying me indrectly..
Manager: " i noe that there were somebody is free/slacking away when working..!! as i had found some drawing paper inside "somebody" drawer.. you dun think i dun noe/notice it, i noe the "person" noe who i'm refering to~"
I felt that i'm the "somebody" because last monday, i'm so sian of calling the customer, so while i'm calling/toking the customer, i'm busy drawing away on a waste paper.. i didnt throw it away and i put it together with all the waste paper inside my drawer and went back home.. Then the next day, the manager said that she collect back some of the people training file on their drawer, as she nid it for the 3rd batch training.. So, i think that she had oso search my drawer too.. including my friend.. my collegue oso got draw things on the paper too.. i think she oso kana caught too.. hahax..
So, rite after the meeting ended, we went back our desk to throw away all the drawing paper.. My friend even tear all the paper into smaller piece~ hahas.. i'm so unlucky YTD!!! omg... T.T
And guess wat the customer brought for the 1st order i made? It's a thing which i hate most which is a condolences flower~ haix..

Working~~ Thursday, December 4, 2008 @ 9:01 PM Woo.. I had been working at humming for 1week le! Overall it's alright for me, as i didnt met any "diao man" de customer.. The most thing which i still uncomfortable wif, is de office hour, as i didnt not have enough sleep! everytime i nid to wake up by 7.15am and 8.00am i nid to go take a 1hour bus to reach my company..!! It's so tiring.. :(
Today after 5pm i'm very busy wor!! i'm busy sending brouchure by mail to the customer, as some customer had already changed their address...
Overall customer i called were quite friendly and some even chat wif me for awhile oh!! So nice!! hope tat all de customer i'll b callin oso will b as friendly as them.. ^^
My manager said we are free now, but we'll b damn busy when christmas and chinese new year is around de corner, as there will b lots of customer call up to order lots of hampers.. Dun noe it's real anot sia? Hahax..
while i was takin bus to the company, i met a traffic jam at bedok sia!! it jammed almost half an hours wor! I should reach company by 9.15am de but in e end i reached by 9.30am..
Haix.. I wan to go shopping and play badminton!! It had been since a long time i didnt go out le wor!! All of them were busy in their work, including me.. Hehex.. But at least meet out on week end to play lei!!!! i miss de fun i had wif those guys.. T.T

This few days when i reached my company, istarted to sneeze non-stop!! that stupid air-con la!! it's blowing directly towards me sia!! argh.. even i wear jacket, i oso will feel vey cold sia.. then my manager said " i think you should take some medicine, as you cant sneeze like this non-stop..." hahas..
Today, while I was calling the customer, I met a customer damn pervert sia! Pervert uncle sia!!! The whole story began like this.... I call a customer “D” to ask whether he want to buy hampers anot and he said he’ll consider it..
Me: if you have any order, do call me I’m____.
D: how am I able to contact you?
Me: maybe you can call my company hotline?
D: ah.. hotline ah??
Me: y no I giv you my extension number which you can call me directly? My no is XXX..
D: y not you giv me your handphone number? So, tat I can contact you more easily?
Me: hmmm.. I will be at the office most of the time, I think it wont be so difficult for you to contact me..
D: if you giv me your no. I can made order more easily..
Me: hmm.. you can call my office number, I’ll be at the office from 9.30~6pm
D: so I canot call after 6pm la?
Me: Yup.. ok.. Thank you.. bye..

Omg.. I had a long conversation wif this uncle!! PERVERT, keep wanting to get my hp no. luckily that uncle is my customer, if not I’m sure will throw my temper to him and wouldn’t speak to him so friendly and politely..
Example: “are you sure you want my hp number? I’m toking to you so politely and friendly is becuz I’m working as a customer services, so all customer is right.. But after work, I wouldn’t be toking to you so politely ok!! As after work, you no longer my customer liao, y must I tok to you so friendly? Wait 99ah…”
Of course i didn’t say this, this is only wat I think in my mind.. if I say this, I’m sure that I’ll sack immediately.. After a few hours later, the person really col back oh.. I can recognize him because he is the onli person that I gave my extension number to..
Haix.. today I had missed two chance of earning commission.. if I take their order, their amount of thing they bought sure is $100++ de lo.. my commission bye bye liao~~ T.T
